FROM THE LOVE OF SCIENCE
In addition to the love for our profession, we also feel the moral obligation to make a contribution to our society. One of the ways in which we do this is by providing support to every form of scientific research and develop solutions for specific issues.
Ghent University, for example, can count on our support with regard to a wide range of projects, such as:
- Yersinia research, result: a new form was discovered
- impact of feed additives on the reduction of Salmonella
- the supply of products for surgical practice, such as aortas etc.
- research into ideal weight (IWT) for pigs
- Boarval – Feasibility of slaughtering boars in the production chain (IWT).
